Elizabeth Fiore

History

Elizabeth was born and raised in Billerica, Massachusetts, and has enjoyed a varied life. Liz matriculated to UMASS Amherst, where she studied Psychology and therein developed skills she uses everyday! Liz’s competitive edge can be attributed to figure skating, a sport she has embraced since the age of three, and in which she competed nationally until the age of 17. Elizabeth decided to make a career in real estate when her sister was a first time home buyer and she did most of the house hunting. After working in downtown Boston for a year, she is pleased to be affiliated with RE/MAX Heritage, an office that covers such a wide metropolitan area. When not in the office you can find Liz at the MSPCA or local animal shelter picking out her next pet or just visiting. One of Elizabeth greatest pleasures in real estate is meeting new people and maximizing their home buying experience.

Style

Here at RE/MAX we specialize in Customer service. My whole business is based on referrals. So 90% of my clients have a source close to them to ask about my skills, personality and overall performance. If they don't like me they don't refer me!!! Simple as that. In return I also get referred clients by people I know and trust, so I always know I am working with someone who can reciprocate my commitment. Working this system helps us here at RE/MAX keep our business about personal relationships and not strictly transactions. If you want to give loyalty a try please feel free to contact me anytime.

Specialties

"I specialize in Senior re-location and first time home buyers. I have spent a number of years working with the elderly and helping them through the difficult turning point of giving up their homes. Whether it is moving in with families, assisted living or just downsizing, we can get through it together. Seniors often go hand in hand with first time home buyers as this is usually who is in the market to buy their homes. The new owners are given the opportunity to make as wonderful memories as the previous ones. I can promise to make this transition as easy as possible fall parties involved."

"Why rent when you can own? Being the age of most first time home buyer's, I know what is it is like to rent...I also know what it is like to own. I can relate to your concerns, wants and needs as well as compare and contrast the pluses and minuses of both options. Having more experience than the first time buyer I can walk you through the process and let you know just what it takes to own and get you started building equity!"
